Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are offered only if the file is unreadable or corrupt. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing editorial@shorecraft.ca.

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the City of Toronto, Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation, or the Toronto Island Ferry Service.
